I Purchased two GE infinia cameras from Eldad. first was shipped and installed. first system was supposed to be painted perfectly and be in full function look like new system. But what I got was very bad system with weak packing and many problems on system. Several expensive boards of first system were defective. In addition, crystal of one head was hydrated. He is totally unreliable seller. I recommend him to nobody. I have all pics of first system problems and if anyone asks I can send mentioned photos of first system. 2nd system has not be installed yet.
Eldad Tor responded: Hasan, I'll answer one by one -packing and delivery are all professional done by Dynamic company UK all photos are available and Hasan got them too and confirm 2-i've offered you a professional installation but you took an unqualified group that made all the banal question of how to connect and what to do none of them has ever seen Infinia system before, + no precautions for anti static charge were taken, very easy to cause defects to electric boards from static electric hazards. 3-the hydration question need to be checked by opening detector, and if exists I'll conceder a compensation. 4- all the above does not eliminate the possibility of my claim back due to blunt behavior and serious words on his part.
