Healthcare data standardization company Enlitic has acquired medical imaging data migration specialist Laitek, in an effort to improve clinical workflows and data management.
The combination of Enlitic's AI-driven data standardization and Laitek’s extensive experience in medical imaging migration is expected to streamline how healthcare providers manage and utilize imaging data.

Enlitic, which has headquarters in Australia and the U.S., pulled in $15 million (AU$22.5 million) through an equity raising to fund the acquisition and ongoing operations.
The acquisition positions Enlitic to offer improved data migration services, better data quality, and expanded development of AI-powered tools. Laitek will continue supporting its existing customers while benefiting from Enlitic’s technological resources.
Enlitic has signed a three-year distribution agreement with Bayer for the use of its AI-powered ENDEX platform in radiation dosimetry. The agreement will bring the platform to as many as 50 radiology customer sites, with scope to expand to up to 200 sites globally.
In addition, Enlitic has entered a three-year agreement with Philips that will bring ENDEX to the Philips radiology workflow Blackford, which is a distribution partner for Enlitic.
