The Stryker 0233-032-301 Advanced Imaging Modality (AIM) Sterilization Tray is designed to enclose and organize Stryker Endoscopy reusable medical instruments during sterilization. It is compatible with various sterilization methods, including Ethylene Oxide (EtO), Prevacuum Steam, Gravity Steam, STERIS V-PRO, and STERRAD systems.

Specifications:

Capacity: Accommodates 1 Camera, 1 Light Cable, 1 Coupler, 2 Scopes & 2 Adapters
Maximum Tray Product Load: 10.58 lbs

Materials: Constructed from stainless steel with perforations to allow sterilizing agents to penetrate and sterilize enclosed devices.
Design Features:
• Interlocking tray and lid, both perforated to facilitate sterilization.
• Silicone brackets for secure fixation of devices within the tray.
• Side handles for easy carrying.
• Two latches to affix the lid to the base.
Sterilization Compatibility:
The tray is validated for use with the following sterilization cycles:
1. Ethylene Oxide (EtO):
• Preconditioning at 55°C with 70% relative humidity.
• Exposure with 725 mg/L concentration at 55°C for 1 hour. Aeration time of 12 hours at 35°C to 54°C.
2. Prevacuum Steam:
• 132°C for 4 minutes with a 30-minute dry time. 134°C for 3 minutes with a 30-minute dry time.
3. Gravity Steam:
132°C for 15 minutes with a 30-minute dry time. 134°C for 10 minutes with a 30-minute dry time.
4. Low-Temperature Systems:
• STERIS V-PRO 1, 1 Plus, and maX (Non-Lumen or Lumen cycles).
• STERRAD 100S, NX, and 100NX (Standard cycles).

Usage Note:
The tray is intended to be used in conjunction with legally marketed, FDA-cleared sterilization wrap to maintain sterility of the enclosed devices.
