Condition & Testing

This is a super nice heavy duty surgical headrest system in perfect operating condition. There is some normal sign of use in the form of some minor tarnish and cosmetic blemishes but no visible damage. I have fully tested all adjustments, joints, sockets,locking mechanisms and it is working perfect in every way. The Steris Mayfield adapter fits properly and is in excellent condition. There are no markings indicating model number, but there is a sticker that indicates that it was made by Steris.I could find no information about this device but I believe it is designedprimarily for Ophthalmic surgery.
