The Stryker Endoscopy X7000 Xenon Light Source is a light-generating unit designed to illuminate surgical sites during endoscopic applications. The X7000 uses a 300-watt xenon lamp to generate bright, crisp light, which it delivers to the surgical site via a fiberoptic light cable. The X7000 is compatible with all Stryker light cables, and, with the proper light cable and adapters, can connect to any flexible or rigid endoscope. The X7000 is equipped with Electronic Scope Sensing Technology (ESST), a special safety feature that helps prevent accidental burns caused by an unattended light cable. When operated with an ESST light cable, the X7000 senses when the scope and the light cable are separated and places the light source in STANDBY mode. In STANDBY mode, the X7000 will reduce light output to a minimum, preventing the light cable from generating excessive heat.

Condition & Testing

This device is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. During testing the device powers on into standby mode. Usingthe soft touch button we switched the device from 'stand by' to 'run'. Once in the run modeI can use the light intensity adjustmentto adjust the brightness of the lamp. The brightnes percentage display shows the current intensity level from 0-100%. The other soft touch button works to switch between the auto and manual light intensity adjustments.The bulb hours display shows the current ammount of hours the lamp has ran and is currently reading 303 hours. The fiberoptic cable portgrasps the lights-source end of aninserted cord and the jaw handle worksto release the cord.

This unit is in excellent cosmetic condition. The control panel is very nice with no damage to buttons or displays.The door to the bulb module opens and latches closed. The bulb modulecan easily be removed and replaced. The outer shell of the device is nice with no dents or cracks and the paint shows very little sign of use. All four rubber feet are present. The voice-control port, ethernet port andvideo-in port on back of the device are undamaged. This is a fully functioning device in great condition ready to go to work.
