Description
ThisAirClean AC-DS-03 Semi Automated Deactivation System for Glutaraldehyde & OPAis in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. Does show minor signs of previous daily use in the form of some tank discoloration, but no damage.When plugged in and tested we filled with water and powered on, the tank float is working properly to start the circulation and keeps the fluid levels accurately. All 3/8" push lock ports are in good condition. The access cover has a filter installed that looks good. Has 4 adjustable leveling feet. Ready to use as soon as tubing is acquired. Guaranteed not to be DOA.

The AC-DS-03 is a semi automatic deactivation station used in the disposal of high level disinfectants. The operator manually adds the proper quantity of neutralizer and the unit automatically pumps the neutralized disinfectant to drain when full. The unit can be activated to pump the tank at any time with a manual purge feature. The AC-DS-03 can be used in conjunction with automatic processing devices for endoscopic ultrasound probes.
The AirClean AC-DS-03 is a semi-automated neutralization station designed for safely disposing of high-level disinfectants like glutaraldehyde and OPA. Here are some key features:
Large Reservoir: Holds up to four gallons of disinfectant per neutralization cycle.
Compatibility: Can be connected to devices capable of pumping spent disinfectant, such as the AC600 endoscopy workstation with GlutAwaypump.
Safety: Eliminates operator exposure when transferring disinfectant for neutralization.
No Ductwork Required: Meets California guidelines for the treatment and disposal of used high-level disinfectants.
Condition & Testing
Very nice unit in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition with minor signs of normal everyday use in the form of minor scuffs and tank discoloration, but no damage at all. We were able to hook this unit up to test and when we filled the tank 3/4 full of water, the level reached the float and automatically starts unit circulation, and maintained the fluid levels. The filter looks good with no signs of debris. the ports and drain are all in good condition. The leveling legs are working correctly. Guaranteed not to be DOA.
