The integrated system connected to a highly sensitive digital camera and capture software, gives clear images and makes diagnosis faster and more reliable. With the TRC-NW6S and capture software, panoramic images of the retina including peripheral area are available by using easy semi-automatic guidance of peripheral fixation. The TRC-NW6S is just a beginning and provides a terrific imaging system.

The TRC-NW6S can be used in various combinations with the capture software. It can be connected to a highly sensitive CCD camera or digital photocamera in combination with capture software that gives clear images and make diagnosis faster and more reliable. With the TRC-NW6S and capture software, panoramic images of the retina including peripheral area can be made by using easy, semi-automatic guidance of peripheral fixation.
The TRC-NW6S Non-Mydriatic Retinal Camera is the ideal instrument for the growing market in Telemedicine and Diabetic Screening.
The Camera features (8) peripheral fixation points as well as a built-in standard central fixation point, which provide fixed, reproducible fields for use in various study protocols.
The main optical system in the TRC-NW6S incorporates a dual magnification mechanism to allow for digital pictures of either 45 degree or 30 degree fields.
To assist in capturing multiple images using today's advanced digital technology, the camera incorporates (9) flash levels to choose from. This gives the user greater flexibility for capturing all patient images with the most effective level of illumination for each image.
-Easy Alignment
Alignment is easily accomplished by overlapping the two bright spots on the monitor, assuring fast and precise operation. Because the alignment spot is always in the monitor view, the operation is easy and reliable.
-Easy Focusing
Focusing is easily accomplished by aligning the split lines within the focusing bar. For better monitor viewing, the focusing bar may be turned on or off.
-New Ergonomic Design
A totally new design makes the TRC-NW6S compact and ergonomic. The instrument controls, viewing monitor and patients are all in direct alignment for easy access, making it easy to obtain excellent retinal images.
-Auto Flash Intensity
When the angle of coverage is changed by the user, the existing flash setting will be automatically corrected. If required, a manual setting of up to (9) steps is also possible.
-Illuminated Operation Panel
An illuminated operation panel makes operation easy in dim light settings.
-Electric Chinrest Movement For Operational Ease
The control buttons for the electrical elevation of the chinrest are conveniently located next to the joystick for quick operation during photography.
-Small Pupil Capability
It is possible to photograph through a pupil as small as 3.7mm by using the 30 degree angle of coverage.
