Shipping will be by freight carrier (e.g. truck). The quoted rate in this ad is for delivery to a commercial location in a non-remote location with a loading dock or forklift to offload the palletized contents from the large delivery truck. If the buyer does not have access to such a location delivery can usually be made to a regional freight depot for the same rate. If delivery to commercial location without offloading facilities is required an additional charge of $50 to $100 is levied by trucking companies. If delivery is to a residence is required these additional fees can rise to $150. If the buyer is in a remote location or may require the above noted additional services, it is suggested the purchase not be made until the seller has been contacted and obtained a shipping quote based on the the buyer's location and situation.
