This ConMed Endosurgery DetachaTip II includes 5 ratchet handles, 8 inserts (1 scissors, 1 dissector, 6 graspers) and original case w/ lid. All instruments are 5mm diameter, 33cm insertion length, rotatable and the ratchet handles lock. 4 of the instruments have a luer connector but all have cleaning ports. All inserts snap in and lock properly in the handles. Everything is in excellent cosmetic and tested working conditon.
