There is a biomed label on the unit that was good through 2024. The unit powers on and I was able to go through the programming menu. I was easily able to get the wrap to inflate and pulse properly. Comes with SmartVest generator , connecting hose, New SmartVest wrap, power cord, and adjustable height cart. The wrap is an XL that will fit a chest 44 to 54" circumference.
