Solis Mammography, the nation’s largest independent provider of specialized breast health services, has announced its acquisition of the Breast Center of Acadiana, expanding into Louisiana for the first time.

The Breast Center operates two locations in Lafayette and Youngsville, both known for offering advanced breast imaging and diagnostic services. Solis Mammography, headquartered in Addison, Texas, continues its growth into new markets by integrating the Acadiana centers into its national network of over 135 locations across 18 major markets.

"We’re looking forward to building on Breast Center of Acadiana’s legacy of quality care by expanding access to state-of-the-art imaging and our suite of innovative clinical advancements," said Grant Davies, CEO of Solis Mammography. "Our goal with every market we enter is to advance our mission of early breast cancer detection to positively impact more lives."

Solis Mammography, which operates both independently and in partnerships with major hospitals and institutions, has been a leading force in breast health for nearly four decades. Its portfolio includes centers in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Denver, Miami, and other key markets. Through its affiliated brands, such as Washington Radiology and Progressive Radiology, the company also serves the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia areas.

This latest acquisition aligns with Solis Mammography’s broader goal of expanding its footprint while maintaining a strong commitment to patient-centered care and innovation in breast health services.
