Concord Technologies acquires top-rated Salesforce app provider, Opero

Concord Technologies has acquired Opero™, one of the top-rated developers of business process improvement apps in the Salesforce AppExchange. With this acquisition, Concord extends its portfolio of document exchange and workflow automation solutions for Salesforce users with a suite of native apps for Cloud Fax, Intelligent Document Processing, Document Generation, and Electronic Signatures.

Opero’s Salesforce apps, including Opero Fax, Opero Documents, and Opero Signature, enable organizations to send and receive faxes, generate documents, and automate electronic signatures without having to leave the Salesforce platform. These apps will join Concord’s existing Salesforce integration app for Document Processing, which connects Concord systems to Salesforce Health Cloud in order to pass through customers’ inbound documents and metadata. Salesforce Health Cloud is the leading CRM platform for healthcare, and is used by providers, payers, pharma, and public sector health agencies.
