Purchased in June 2023 for $170,000 CAD before our clinic opened, this PICOSURE PRO laser has been used very little and is in excellent condition. Unfortunately, it recently stopped working in October 2024, just a few months after the warranty expired in July 2024.

Current Condition:
The machine powers up through the back, but the front switches (key and button) don't turn the machine on. Cynosure is stating the power supply needs to be replaced (although they did not do any thorough inspection) with an estimated repair cost of $17,500 CAD.

We are open to selling the unit as-is or repaired, based on the buyer's preference. If the buyer prefers a fully functional machine, we are happy to arrange for repairs ourselves and negotiate a higher price.

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in a nearly new PICOSURE PRO at a fraction of the original cost.
The unit is not currently working. Cynosure quoted $17500 for a repair. We don't use the laser and don't want to put more money into it. We are selling it in AS IS condition.

Terms:

The Successful Bidder agrees to remit a 20% deposit within 48 hours of the Auction's close, 20% 10 business days prior to the scheduled deinstallation date and the balance 2 business days prior to the scheduled deinstallation date.

If the Successful Bidder fails to remit payment according to the schedule described above, then the equipment will be sold to the next highest Bidder.

Deinstallation, Packing, Crating and Transportation will be paid by the Successful Bidder.

Title will transfer from the Seller to the Successful Bidder upon payment in full.

If you plan to bid...

Your credit card will not be charged if you are the Successful Bidder for this Auction and complete the transaction. In the event that you are the Successful Bidder and fail to complete the purchase/sale transaction and you supplied a credit card as part of the Approved Bidder process, your credit card will be charged by DOTmed the amount of your bid or $2,000, whichever is less, as an administrative fee. Similarly, if you are the Pre-Approved Successful Bidder and fail to complete the purchase/sale transaction, your Pre-Approval shall be revoked and DOTmed shall invoice the amount that otherwise would have been charged if a credit card had been provided and such invoice is payable upon receipt. The referenced administrative fee is, in each instance, in addition to any additional rights or remedies that the Seller or DOTmed may have.

For bidders who have not previously purchased via DOTmed Auction: DOTmed may place a $200 hold on your credit card as part of our Approved Bidding process. You will not be charged if you are not the Successful Bidder for any items and the authorization will be released at the end of the auction event.
