This is a very nice XENEX Germinator PX426i UV Pulsed Light Mobile Room Disinfection Sterilizer in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. Guaranteed not to be DOA. Designed for disinfecting a hospital room after patient discharge. Comes from a working facility and was in use at the time of closure. We have the password to operate this unit as well as the original operator manual. When plugged in and tested the unit ran as it should, and the motion detector is working properly. The touchpad is working to set the desired time and level of disinfection you require. The bulb is good and the timer works. There isn't a thing wrong with this device and it is ready to use. Very nice unit for the price!

Xenex PX 426i units are mobile devices used in medical settings for the disinfection of environmental surfaces. The PX 426i is available in one model, which can be equipped with a Visible Light Filter (VLF). Using a xenon gas bulb, the device produces pulsed germicidal UV light. The device automatically digitally records each on use on an on-board database.
The device features a user friendly touchscreen interface, ergonomic design, an integrated cooling system and a reflector system to focus UV light on "high touch" surfaces. Safety features include ultrasonic sensors to detect any movement in the room. If motion is detected, the device operation will terminate immediately in order to prevent accidential exposure in the event someone enters the room. Additionally, a warning door cone with remote stop and a "safe to enter" light indicator further prevents accidental exposure. This device produces sound at less than 60 decibels, and are durable and steel bodied and are designed for long term reliability.
This automated device will be used in hospital settings to disinfect hospital rooms with UV-C light produced by a flashing xenon bulb. The light is absorbed by and fuses the DNA of microorganisms, causing their deactivation. When the device is in use, no persons are in then room and only inanimate surfacesin the room are exposed to the UV light.

Very nice XENEX PX 426i Germinator Pulsed Light Mobile Room Disinfection Sterilization System in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. Does show some minor signs of everyday use in the form of some scuffs in the finish but absolutely no damage at all. We have the passwords for this unit and will be giving them to the buyer. The touchpad is working as it should to set up the disinfection time & type of cleaning you need. The lamp head raises and lowers as it should when in use and the pulsed UV light is very bright while disinfecting. It is next to impossible to get a picture of the UV lamp pulsing but I can assure you it works fine. The motion detection gray cone is working properly. The green light signals when it is safe to enter the room after system use. Moves freely and easily from one room to the next. Ready to use as soon as you receive it!!!
