This unit is in good cosmetic condition and doesnt appear to have any cosmetic damage. It powers up, displays and boot to that the screen you see in the pictures. Unit is from a government facility and likely was used with the US military. This is a fairly recent technology so we dont know much about it. They did not release any history or record for this item. Please dont ask us to try to get you more info from where it's from because you will not get any. Once the government release an item to be surplused, they rarely release any information and if they dont, dont expect to get any by request. They want nothing to do with that. Anyway once the machine boots it gets to that screen and nothing happens so im listing this as-is given that i dont know much about it. If it needs any kid of repair, service, or calibration, it will be your responsibility at your own cost. Government price tag for this item was $75k, item is only 4 years old so im listing for a fraction of that. Battery is good and hold charge.
