Description

This machine is part of a larger Heart Lung Perfusion System. This unit has been used previously. This unit may have some signs of cosmetic wear to include the lid is different not the oringial (See Pictures) However this will not effect the overall functioning of unit. This unit works good. I have tested the operation and it works just fine in both heating and cooling modes. I guarantee it will not be DOA. Shows two meter's one has 011293 Total hours the other meter shows 07551. I have two unit's available. There is a picture of the second unit at the end of my pictures

Comes with the Sarns heating cooling unit, clear reservoir lid and two connecting fittings. There are no hoses with this unit. Uses ice and water in the reservoir for cooling and has an internal heater for heating.

Manufacturer's Description

The Sarns Dual Cooler-Heater is a self-contained unit for supplying cold and warm water to heat exchangers during open heart surgery. It supplies water at a rate of up to 6.5 gallons per minute (25 liters per minute) at zero head, and will provide a maximum pressure output of 11 pounds per square inch (76,000-pascals). The Sarns TM Dual Cooler-Heater can be used with heat exchangers capable of accepting these flows and pressures.

Very decent cosmetic condition and Good tested working condition. 3M SARNS 11160 Dual Heater Cooler Heart & Lung Surgical Perfusion System. This unit has been used previously. This unit may have some signs of cosmetic wear to include the lid is different not the original (See Pictures) However this will not effect the overall functioning of unit. This unit works good. Guaranteed not to be D.O.A Hour meter is reading 011293 hours. The other meter states: 07551. I tested by filling the reservoir with ice/water and attached the hoses to a heat exchanger. This unit quickly changed from the warm and cold temperatures at the heat exchanger within seconds of changing the settings. The pump is really strong. The thermostat is working properly. There are no leaks. The power cord are good.
